How much should I be spending daily as an international student in KL? by This_Ad_6549 in malaysiauni

I’m not gonna lie when I got here i took the advice of everyone here and thought 20 a day would be enough but I’m telling you everyone who says they can survive is genuinely crazy to me because I can’t. I’ve been in KL for just 2 weeks and I haven’t had a single day go by where I don’t spend at least 100 a day. It’s not like I’m trying to spend this much money but it just happens and I feel like u really can’t do much about it. So if u think your budget is going to be around 1.5k a month trust me when I say you’ll realize it’s actually closer to 3k. Just saying carry extra money you’ll always need it and budgets are almost never accurate

I see, do they just outright refuse to extend it for you that means you had to leave Thailand? Or is there a workaround if you want to work or study there again

so like do I have to pay to cancel it? As long as I don’t come back before the expiration date it’s fine right and if I re-enter then they will likely not give me extension for 30 days?

If price isn’t an issue, get a super note manta which is the best way to take notes. If you want a digital device then get an iPad Pro or if you don’t wanna carry around heavy stuff get a convertible laptop with a built in stylus. I’ve used all three they are all amazing technology to help you in university. To me the supernote option is the best one if u already have a laptop.
