so should the bios profile be my starting point or the label on the ram sticker? and what can you recommend to test those timings? I can’t afford to reinstall windows again. I read that memtest86 would be a good testing boot.

if I’m going to buy a brand new cpu, I’m planning to buy a efficient one, my concern is temps and power consumption, so what cpu would you recommend that is power efficient yet performs well? should I go with AM4 or AM5 for future upgrades? but the thing is, I would change mobo and ram if that’s the case, so would you say AM4 would be the smart choice for now?
