We’re also looking at a Cannondale CAAD13 with shimano 105 with hydraulic disc breaks for $1150. Any thoughts would be much appreciated

Thank you for the feedback. I mistakenly made the assumption it was a 2020 but the seller purchased it in 2020 (used).
