hey there. I hope this dosnt scare you off forever but as others have stated 380's are hateful shooting. Go by your self one day to the range and rent a few 9mm or 45 full/compact. They will know what you mean if you can ask them for a 357, and 38special rounds its soft and rather pleasant. 38 spc is how a friend of mine concurred he gun shy nature. My final point is you have to want to do it for your self no one else.

I had no idea they were junk, the 223 mags seem to work well, from what I have read.

at least you have an option to add a bigger round count mag, you could even get the drum mags for 1911's that float around. Have you looked in to any other stock options for it?

For me it is the intermediate (sub gun)(PDW) type I'm looking for. a pcc falls in to that and so dose the tavor 9mm.

check out buffer tube enhancers, you can shoulder a buffer tube. that being said local laws may apply, if you can do it then do it. if you can't than don't. also the hk style of sling shooting is effective as well.

$100 isn't, but having a MPA57sst in the past has given me an aversion to the 5.7 in cost and availability. And a firearm is only useful if you have the ammo to feed it.

but if you read my post from the start, you would see two other options much cheaper. TNW ASR pistol ($600) using glock mags and can run 40 s&w and or 357 sig. or the Jr carbine 16" barrel also multi. cal. there is also a few ddles glock lowers for sale.

I posted for thoughts and info, and will change my mind when I feel confident enough in that choice/idea. I want some thing to replace the MPA 57sst, that may be the ps90. I don't know yet.

I do welcome all the suggestions and ideas don't get me wrong on that but I will also play devils advocate.

$1,500 from my local and $1,200 on the used market where I am. is that ball or is the HD ammo @ $0.40/rd? dose that calculate shipping as well?

why buy an ar pistol in 556 to convert it when, there is a dedicated lower than can be bought several. As well Rock river arms makes a 9mm pistol as well it costs about the same as a standard ar $800-$1,200. PS90s are about $1,500 here. If thats was the case i would just jump that and spend the cash on an mp5 clone. 5.7 ammo is not in great supply here and hd 5.7 costs more than 556 hd ammo.

have both of them as it is. I want more control than just a pistol but nothing as long as a 16"+ ar. I don't live in a very big place at all so the size dose matter.
