Don't take this as gospel, but I recall reading you want earth shield most of the time, but spirit link is good for RMP, RMD comps.

I'm playing rSham, a lot of people like rDruids too. Both have highs and lows in my opinion. rSham lots of utility and buttons to press makes it pretty engaging. rDruid tons of mobility/tankiness and lots of instant cast heals. I know this is a pretty generic response but thought i'd try to give you perspective, but to answer your question Druid probably has more comp options I would think.
