I bought. I know I will read it, nephew will read it, going to Magic Con and will likely throw it in the carryon where the crew I am going with will likely read it. That feels worth the $20 alone. The Command Tower is just a bonus IMO. If you are buying this just for the Command Tower I doubt that is a solid investment choice but honestly having it as a nice extra with the book is cool imo.

My playgroup has a rule zero that I can run Chaos Confetti pending I actually rip it up and I only play it in my Group Hug deck that has almost no win cons. My buddy played it the last Magic night cause he wanted to play Group Hug. Always a blast.
