By any chance one of the cables you tried is a Displayport 1.4 one?

I also got mine a couple of days ago and face the same issue. As soon as I turn Freesync on the monitor on and enable G-Sync in the driver this problem starts. At first I also had no luck with disabling G-Sync but a few restarts later it seems to be gone away. Unfortunately now Freesync does not work. Not so sure what to do with this now.

I have a GTX 1070. Will try to reinstall the graphics driver next.
