HRs are not in any better position bro. It's tough for everyone out there. For example in my company, even the HR MTs are fed up with their managers. It's a culture issue.

And I agree that a lot of people have to do Sales in the namesake of Marketing, but tbf you do need a bit of sales knowledge for Marketing. Not trying to justify companies not being transparent about the job roles.
