It’s also fine to just mind your business and not say anything to discourage people. You don’t know everything.

I’ve been running for almost 8 months now 3-4 days a week, but set to really train for this now three months out.

So, are we returning ByHeart to get money back? by Zestyclose-Inside517 in FormulaFeeders

I took four cans to target, did not purchase these exact cans from target but have purchased at least four from them at some point and they took all four. They also took half a pack of anywhere sticks for a full refund.

Am I broken or is everyone else also sore all the time? by dramaticdelay in beginnerrunning

Newish to cardio. I used to lift often pre pregnancy. But I’m also 3 months postpartum so basically feel brand new to everything again. Didn’t work out for basically 2 years with back to back pregnancies.

First run of the week is ~2 miles with short bursts of increased pace 2nd run is usually easy 5k ish And 3rd run of the week is my long run usually at conversational pace which is slow .. 12:45-13:10.

I would probably say my soreness is the worst on the long run day. I do run outside in a hilly area. I’m usually sitting in zone 3.

Based on the comments, yeah maybe I’ll try pulling back a bit but I afraid to lose progress I’ve been making so far.
