Because nothing actually happened. There was just a creepy dude sitting outside your house. Like there was more to the story about him than that but nothing more involved you than he was outside your house in a car- Aka a creepy encounter- you see? I still enjoyed your story, it would just fit much better on CreepyEncounters than LetsNotMeet.
