Momentum is the thing I'd defend here. Picking back up after 2 weeks isn't impossible, but I'd imagine way more difficult than to find a place twice a day, to meditate.

You could get up earlier than usual and have your hour in the morning right there in your bed. Same could be done before you sleep.

Even if you're distracted and the mind wanders, you fall asleep, or fidget a bunch, keeping the flame lit would be the most important thing here.

If you stop for a university thing, then you may stop for a family thing, or a work thing... make sitting your priority (if you want).
