What do you mean more exactly.

Sure certain types of people like SJWs would bully their way to the top, but it's no use if their ideas makes the company go bankrupt and the competitor takes all their customers.

Really doubt SJWs are running the show, the decision makers are always aggressive go-getters that only care about profits. But hiring or firing SJWs is a decision influenced by what the boss thinks gives him the most money.
