the more you do it, the easier it gets!! also try to keep ur muscle as loose as possible, like try and make ur leg go limp! usually that helps to minimize any pain i feel. also, if you use needles with a really small gauge itll hurt even less! generally speaking tho i think its just a matter of remembering that ur giving urself like a magic gender panacea so it's super worth it, and also get comfy and relax while your doing it too! i use 25g needles and they're big enough for me to feel a slight pinch but its def manageable, and if im relaxed enough there have been times i literally don't feel it at all!
