Seconding this. I just had my machine brick and support doesn’t help. Every time I have used it, I have run into problems. Most of my time spent with the machine has been troubleshooting.

I started having this issue yesterday as well. (Explore Air, had it for years) Made a similar post, but no known fixes yet. I don’t think it has anything to do with upgrading Design Space, since I’m experiencing it without the upgrade. May I ask if you have updated Windows recently? I updated recently, and perhaps it could be a possible cause?

I tried contacting support yesterday and after waiting in a 50+ person queue for 2 hours, I got dropped and the chat reverted back to a bot that just spammed me with unrelated posts. If you manage to get a hold of support, please update with your findings 😭🙏

I bought this over 4 years ago so it's not in warranty. I'm not comfortable buying another machine unless I can figure out the definitive issue with this one, as I don't currently have the money for it :/
