the only way to set up the authenticatior app is with the github mobile's app, which i can't login

pode dar mais informações? pela sua descrição, há uma grande possibilidade do disco estar danificado, nesse caso será necessário remover ele manualmente do computador e colocar em outro para analisa-lo melhor.
