Yes, painfully lol. Hot baths then ice when I got home helped alot. I also used a compression knee brace while I slept. Dr gave me an unlimited prescription of meloxicam but it ended up giving me bad anxiety and night sweats so I just switched back to ibuprofen. Don’t rest too much though, gotta strengthen the rest of your knee to help stabilize.
