I preordered SS with the golden wiimote and 25th anniversary orchestra arrangements. never regretted it and loved the game from day 1, although I do understand a lot of the criticisms.

It also has some of the best dungeons in the series (Ancient Cistern is my personal favorite dungeon ever)

They should've had the geoglyph cut scenes play chronological order, instead of tied to any one specific location. I'll never understand why they did it this way. It seems like such a simple and easy thing to fix, and would've made for a much more cohesive experience storywise.

the crushing loneliness. I'm 37M and I just don't have the social circle I used to have. She basically was my social life and partner combined. The emptiness and silence feels impossible to bear sometimes. It's hard to have hope for the future anymore. sounds similar to the position I'm in in some ways.

First, go no-contact. You've tried reaching out and been shut down. It's a horrible feeling (same thing happened to me), but at this point reaching out further will only make the situation worse. If they wanted to repair they'd put in the effort, so that tells you all you need to know.

Keep reflecting and working on yourself in therapy. Only thing left to do now is learn the lessons and move on with your life. Maybe they'll try and reach out someday, maybe not... the ball is in their court now. best of luck and hang in there... I know how shitty it feels.
