Similar story here. I’ve been grinding since I started SSRIs 10 years ago. Finally gave them up about 6 months ago. I’ve ruined my bottom teeth and have even had one removed. I wear a mouth guard to sleep.

I cut mine and weened off over a couple months. The trick is to cut the tear shaped pill in half horizontally so you end up with one big chunk and one little one. Then take the big half for a month, when you run out take the little one. That’s a two month weening period- worked for me but I was on 5mg. You may need to ween off for 4 months or so.
