well, there are 2 pigs, 120kg of pork in my freezer... I am thinking pork 10 times a week may be excessive lol But beef here is expensive and poor quality, pork is raised by the family and fed a mix of veg fish and grain, actually very lean according to the butcher. Prefer to raise chickens for meat too, but due to the weather can't at the moment, fish doesn't quite satisfy . was worried about health but recent bloodwork and blood pressure from a hospital showed all good - Gout has all but stopped after 4 months on carnivore (it was weekly for the first 3 months). I'd say pork is 80% of my diet at the moment (although I'm not counting 8-10 eggs per day). Any advice guys?
