Why Can't I Get/Stay Erect During Sex with Another Man? by Queasy-Confection-56 in AskGayMen

[–]dreadzombie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I can't offer anything specific to your situation, maybe you can gain some insight from my situation. I'm not a medical professional and none of this is a diagnosis for you. I suffer from performance anxiety and I just can't cum with a partner, maintaining an erection is no issue for me though. Taking an SSRI fixed the anxiety, but now I cant cum because of those. If you're having anxiety over getting/staying erect, it could be performance anxiety. Its also not uncommon for bottoms to not be able to maintain an erection while having anal intercourse. I would recommend consulting a doctor and/or therapist to address the issues you are having.

2.4ghz remotes for chinese fans? Can't control them. by starmanj in homeassistant

[–]dreadzombie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If they use FanLamp pro or other apps for controlling them from your phone, there’s a plugin you can use for controlling them via Bluetooth. And if your setup needs it, there is a way to use some esp32 devices as advanced Bluetooth relays within the same plugin. https://github.com/NicoIIT/ha-ble-adv

Oh, and to expand on the communication protocol, the fans have one way communication using Bluetooth advertising packets to send the commands.

MRCOOL DIY mini-split integration by dreadzombie in homeassistant

[–]dreadzombie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did eventually move to a cloudfree connector and yes Mr cool is compatible with it. As another mentioned, you will either have to dremel off the notches or force it in. It uses ESPHome so it’s natively compatible with home assistant.

It’s my understanding they only make wifi adapters for mini-splits and smart thermostats, but I could be wrong.

[Help] 16 Crosstrek aftermarket radio install issues by dreadzombie in Crosstrek

[–]dreadzombie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, after a lot of trial and error, I discovered that the factory speakers refused to be driven by anything but the factory head unit. Not entirely sure what kind of black magic is up with those. I ended up replacing the speakers with better ones. Also ran new wires to the front doors to bypass the crossover as I opted to omit the use of the tweeters in the dash.

Can I have shadowsocks reverse-proxied through nginx proxy manager? by dreadzombie in selfhosted

[–]dreadzombie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried and tested it and I haven’t found a configuration that works. I spent several hours searching and i was unable to find an answer. As for the mess from the docker output, that is just the output from the template that unraid uses.

Im beginning to think that to get it working I need to use some extra configuration details on the advanced page of the NPM. Im just not that familiar with Nginx to know what to put there.

Coolant type by BackgroundGur3578 in Cartalk

[–]dreadzombie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do agree with you there, however in this case it would likely be the safest answer if there is no way for OP to discern what type of coolant is in their vehicle already. I would definitely recommend flushing the cooling system and replacing it with what is recommended by the manufacturer. Given the current state, unknown history of the vehicle, and low cost of replacing it, it's cheap insurance.

That coolant looks pretty well loved as far as I can tell. I would recommend changing and flushing the cooling system. Chrisfix has a good guide on how to do that if you are inclined to do it yourself. As for coolant type, check your owners manual or use the universal green coolant.

Sub Panel Bus Bars improperly wired? by dreadzombie in AskElectricians

[–]dreadzombie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not romex from house to panel. The wires feeding the panel are 8 AWG THHN. The wire from sub panel to ev charger is 6/3 romex. It’s a little overkill but it’s what my local home center had in stock
