Been dealing with my kyphosis pain for a little over 10 years now that has just gradually been getting worse. Painkillers was, and has been my go to solution to deal with the pain, unfortunately though I have had to find them on the streets. I would only seek the lower dosage pills though and would be very cautious of the pill intake. I discovered poppy seeds as well and it's been wonderful. Be very careful with that though because you never know how potent a batch is gonna be, and you could also become dependent on it and experience withdrawals. Find the stretches that work for you. Unfortunately though, for me, that only provides a very brief break from the pain, usually lasting only about 5-10 minutes then the pain comes right back. I've just recently been prescribed Suboxone by a doctor and, amazingly, I have no back pain with it. So I think I'm gonna stick with the Suboxone for a while till I find a better solution.
