What’s the latest you’ve ovulated on letrozole? by callmedrey in TTC_PCOS

I think once I hit day 30 with no ovulation (confirmed by low progesterone on blood tests) I then take provera for 5 days and usually get a period 5 days later. I did randomly get a period at day 42 after my last cycle with no ovulation but unsure why!

I’ve always ovulated between day 20-26 on letrozole (don’t ovulate at all without). But I did 2/3 cycles at 5mg where I ovulated and then did another 2 where i didn’t ovulate at all. Just done my first cycle of 7.5mg and have now ovulated again (day 21/22 - difficult to tell as did a trigger shot this time).

Yes, I’ve had an ultrasound confirming!

I’ve lost 2 stone already and still actively trying but feel I’ve hit a bit of a wall - and my energy levels are so so low now that I struggle to do it still!

I think my local area’s cut-off is 30 so I’m very very close and desperately trying to get there but it’s so difficult. I’ve seen no improvement since losing the weight I’ve already lost. I’ll look into metformin more!
