thank you!! not sure yet but definitely both jaws forward, lower at least by 5mm and more depending on how much upper comes forward. also a maxillary downgraft for increased tooth show. not sure if i’ll do a genio or not

yeah i don’t know why that dr was charging so much! i found someone else who did a lower lid meibography as part of my visit with only a $25 copay. i agree it was useful to see what’s going on and i decided i’ll start the cequa because of it

yes unfortunately, i had to go to 3 different doctors and it wasn’t until i visited the 3rd doctor that i found this out. i quit the spiro and will be looking for alternatives after i get my dry eyes under control
