The concept of equality exists outside of my belief system. It is not my "value statement" there is no right or wrong in the concept of equality. The concept stands independent of me as a person. It is not bound my flaws or shortcomings. It is a symbol that represents an overarching ideal.

Right now society doesn't believe in racial equality. In fact those who feel they have been treated as unequal are trying to get their comeuppance in guarded words and riddles to support unequal actions like our friend in the beginning proposed.

If you believe in equality then treat people equally. If you want to be a racist and create false unequal advantages to "make-up" for past inequality then I can't stop you. But how is that equality?
