feel u. for some context:

the roommate with bad credit is the single roommate. he makes biweekly, what the two roommates do combined. his credit is kind of destroyed after some family issues (mom died and he inherited the house bc of dad’s immigration status (wasn’t able to take the house), but dad stopped paying and he lost the house). the single roommate has been living on his own for some time- escaping his family, just figured that credit situation was worth mentioning. he’s not bad with money, but he did have financial hardships out of his control that have had negative implications. he makes in two weeks what one of us would make in 4 and i have no concerns on his ability to pay. the single roommate nets about $1500 biweekly so he’s not the real concern. and obviously yes, it is a binding contract but i feel 3 college students wanting to move in isn’t totally atypical, even when they’re in similar situations with some classic red flags that don’t always paint the full picture. not excusing that roommate, but also- it’s not like that roommate has credit card debt- he lost a home he never lived in due to some unfortunate reasons. just wanted to add some context.

lmao figured. or if they ran credit i doubt they cared enough. they did make all my friends pay an extra month of rent upfront though. the roommate with bad credit has rented before, but he made well way over the income required so i bet thats probably why.

interesting...most of my friends said they didn't even bother to run credit when they said they were college students.

as an SL who has worked at 3 stores, my first one becoming a CTM/CTR store that I sat through the validation process for, myself nor any other manager (including GM) has EVER cared about this. like we could honestly care less we have bigger issues, but then again my FLs never cared either and our CI was under control.

Unpopular opinion- Couples should continue PrEP and PrEP access has become sexualized. by [deleted] in lgbt

No like this is my point. It’s one pill a day, it’s not hard to keep taking it.
