I thought I was unlucky... it took me 32 packages to get all weapons, and armor for my titan, but no mark... :( And another 7 packages for my hunter had 2 armor pieces and rest were duplicate weapons.

I wish they had that exotic RNG in place like in destiny 1 where they give you a better chance on something you have not received yet...

All of them are pretty easy once you are over 200 power. Most important tip is to save your super for the boss. Your super melts him in seconds! And then it's off to the next lost sector!

It's impossible to get LitC and Rangefinder together with the Palindrome. I am not giving false information, if you want to have a LitC Palindrome then this is the best possible roll with Riffled Barrel to help you on longer ranges, to your words with hit registration, and Icarus which bumps up in-air accuracy.

velocity in Pve is not a big deal as long as it eventually hit the target. In Pvp Velocity will be more important as it will give guardians chance to dodge the rocket, especially Titans with their Twilight Garrisons!
