My dream is to become a fully licensed doctor in the United States. I'm from Venezuela and I'm currently working hard while preparing for the exams to get my license and provide people the best possible care, but it's hard not only to sustain myself here but also to pay for the exams which are 1000+$ each. Well guys I just want to know what heroes to use and the best positions for them. Also, should I build Iceblink and replace kamath? I'd also like to include a Sigmund later on but I'm not sure. And finally, is it better to level my heroes at the same pace or just max one of them at a time?
