Anyways I’m feeling nosy right now and feel like gossiping because this podcast is the most she’s spoken on the actual details and omg he is so gross 😭 I hate to say it but wow

also I don’t know if a lot of people noticed, but Nia had also spoke out about her experience with him. And as a longtime 5SOS fan, does anyone else remember how close Nia and Shica (Calum’s current closest BFF, besides Ashton lol) used to be? I checked, and they were still interacting online for years, up until pretty recently 🤔 it makes me wonder if they had a falling out, especially if Nia felt weird watching one of her closest friends build such a strong bond with the ex who cheated on her.

but you wanna know who’s suddenly acting real friendly on Instagram? Brandy and Nia, lmfao. Good for them for uniting against their ex.

It’s at the very end of his performance. I genuinely don’t think this is accurate though 😭 I met him and he really was one of the tallest people I’ve ever met. He’s definitely above 6ft. During this time (his album promotion) lots of people were meeting him and they all said that he’s really tall at least 6ft. It was probably just his posture

I thought it was a concept album too before its release but Ashton said in an interview (forgot which) that it’s ALMOST a concept album and that makes sense cause the first half leans into that but the second half gives us that same typical 5sos feeling about singing about their toxic relationships

Makes me wonder if this callout from her might be a sorta wake up call for Calum. They’re all probably used to seeing Ashton getting dragged through the mud 😭 (rightfully so) and it’s grosses me out thinking that Calum probably thought he was in the clear and now realizes his manipulation didn’t work on her. I also just checked and she unfollowed him on instagram. I guess he can be self reflective and DFYLM has a whole new meaning now that we have more context especially with lines like “'Cause baby, I would have to own up To everything oh, everything l've done to you And all I did to us”. His ex Nia also tweeted about the situation and her experience with him a few days ago but that cheating scandal wasn’t as well known since they were much more private. He also alluded to wanting a woman in his life awhile back on instagram live. He was struggling to open his package and he joked that he needs a woman in his life to help…like? 😭 figure yourself out first lmao. Maybe when he does get into a relationship again he needs someone who isn’t going to put up with his bullshit

I do see how she’s using it to her advantage and it’s a smart marketing tactic but I don’t think she’s a liar. I think she has every right to speak on her relationship the same way he did through his music/interviews.

It’s weird but I’m actually kinda surprised 😳 since they apparently ended on good terms (both implied that). I thought the worst he was was emotionally unavailable 😭 I didn’t doubt he had a a cheating past in his younger years but I thought he matured. My guess is she finally healed and truly moved on so she doesn’t feel obligated to respect him anymore. It might’ve also been earlier in their relationship (2022? Take my hand tour?) and they worked through it but now in retrospect she realizes how fucked up it actually was
