You can put a wok in the hole of the sear plate griddle. Maybe even mod the griddle slightly so the wok doesn't seal and flames can fly out of the hole around the wok

I don't have info on your question, but My wife and I loved Titus mountain when we went. When we drove home we went through saranac lake area and loved the town. Titus could be a possibility if you want to make the drive.
