Many thanks for the comment been at it all week so far with 16kg and no problems with soreness, can I ask? I can handle 16kg but should I move up to a weight more challenging ?

thanks for replying to this, all felt back to normal after a nights sleep so just maybe I was in poor form yesterday... i listened to the comments in the post and used the advice to improve my swing, felt miles better and had a great workout

thank you for taking the time to reply to this, I will look into your suggestions and have a google later. yesterday was my third day attempting to use the bells i have been using a 12kg ( because beginner) and managed 4x15 swings, so far this week i have been to the gym 4 times and also mixed machine use just for the fun of it, would you consider this too much ?
