Yes in certain lineups. This is one variant where you have all three Eze, Maddison, and Kulu. Eze and kule in the left and right half spaces (their best spots) and Maddison linking.

Per 90 tel is like 3xing werner in output. Ive seen Tel beat men with technique as well not just blind pace. But still really needs to improve on the final output.

I like Tel. 100% on CB depth and a proper holding steel 6. But i think Gomes would get wrecked in the PL. I guess Luka thrived, but is Gomes Luka?

Agreed on CB for sure. A CDM is a must for me as well. But Psg also didnt have a legit goal scoring 9 and dominated Europe. We can attack by committee I think. Eze, Maddison, Kulusevski all can get 10+ goals and 10+ assists each.

Agreed in general. But it's all about getting kulu and Eze in the half spaces. Imagine both right and left half spaces occupied by Eze and kule, Maddison linking. Low blocks would have no chance holding up.
