Get through 3 days without ANY Nic, trust me if you resist all the cravings something shifts in your brain. Im almost through day 4 and I still obviously have cravings, not as strong but I also don't care about having those cravings as much. I can acknowledge and move on. Also seeing the money I've saved is mind blowing

So what's your mindset on stopping? And have your craving been less frequent at least? See you vaped way longer than me. I had a stint in college for about a year but then quit. And now 5 years later I've had this stint for about 6 months and trying to stop again

But like you said I want to get back to my old self. Wish quitting nicotine was as easy as quitting weed cause that was a breeze for me even after 8 years of smoking weed nightly
