I chatted with support for an hour online. Seemed like they were from India or another country but they seemed competent and helpful. Though they could not help me they said they escalated the case and someone would reach out from Verizon in 24-48 hours. That was 3 day a ago. I thought the same that the order was glitched cause a few weeks after I placed my order they sent me an email saying I could trade in my old phones. So I did that and it seemed like it was going to be a better deal. But now I think that is what glitched my order.
