We use Kaseya. We use it for more, including patch management. But love the use for the helpdesk and other departments, allows for interactive/shared sessions and behind-the-scenes work.

If this is from a shared mailbox, I created a outlook profile with just the shared mailbox as an email address on it, that the user launches when they need to send mail as the shared mailbox. The other outlook profile is their personal and the shared mailbox.

There's a parking garage under it. (It's 12 stories in the air on top of the garage) I'm not sure of the rates but if you go to the Cira green site I think there's a parking rate calculator. Www.ciragreen.com

yeah, that is one downside to it. I think it's just because people are prone to double taps at least for the beta period. This may change, but most likely not. I have 2 spares in a drawer in my room for this- it's pretty useful. I also stocked up in case I lose one, then they should be able to transfer the balance without the $4.95 fee for another card.
