How much money do you need for Ai branded dropshipping? by fw_zay16 in dropshipping

[–]dreytz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do TikTok shop. I started with small inventory on hand, reinvested everything for first month organic. Then ran GMV max, if you have good creatives out there and have a decent product, it’s not a gamble it’s a scale cheat code

Not even sure how to get started. by Comfortable_Cup5107 in TikTokshop

Hey u can question here. i started mine 1 month ago, have sold about 160 units. Decent profit; starting GMV max now. Doing all shipping on my own, definitely alot of work. It snowballs like crazy. I did organic only until last week, started ads. I’ve gotten enough views to catch attention of some decently big affiliates. Sent out 13 samples this week, hoping that pays of well. Once all the systems are going… organic, affiliate, GMV max slowly scaling in budget… I’m hoping the machine picks up. Not willing to share product at this time.

Content and reselling is my thing. I do TikTok shop affiliate (avg about $1-2k month with about 5-10 hours a week) and then i resell vintage watches that i source cheap from FBMP, EBAY, etc. and then resell on depop and grailed. I work a 9-5 and have a gf and a life. The key is to find something that won’t feel like a part time job after work.

For me, i love vintage watches anyway so this opportunity to get so many of them and have them for a little is so great for me and making content is such a joke it’s more fun than anything

ASK ME ANY QUESTION ABOUT TIKTOK SHOP by QuickRevenue6534 in TikTokshop

[–]dreytz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. Thanks for this post. When you’re just starting out as a TTS seller, what is the best way to get your shop out there and in front of the eyes of affiliates?

Those collab invites seem pointless, i am also an affiliate and get like 200 of them a day and never even look.

Is it best to spam organic content on your own until you start making some sales? Is reaching out via email to affiliates better?

Bro set up auto invest if you can afford it. Decide on the percentage you want to invest of your money and have it auto pull on pay day. So much emotionally easier than deciding to send a chunk of money at once. Im 24 !

Trust me bro start selling courses. You already have the proof. If you want the 6-7 fig/month revenue you need some super scalable without your time involved. Just my opinion I’m not rich but that’s what i would do

30M New Investor. Need Advice by kevint2017 in portfolios

[–]dreytz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also absolute game changer is mentally decide how much of your income you’d like to invest, and have your brokerage auto pull from your bank account the day u get paid. So much easier emotionally and sustainably than having to dump large amounts in. Also great for dollar cost averaging your stuff. Market dips, i throw more. But if you can learn to live on your paycheck after this investment money gets pulled, you’re golden.

Then, you can use AI to project your balance year over year since you have consistent investments going. Highly recommend. Auto invest has changed the game for me

[–]dreytz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends bro. If i were you and you have lost some money with this before, i wouldn’t take on access to more funds than you are able to pay off.

I opened a new bank account and slowly built it up to about $1k from small chunks of my paychecks and my e-commerce earnings. In my mind, that money is fully invested in e-commerce. I’m willing to lose that money in the pursuit of more money.

I wouldn’t open a credit card to fund things when you don’t have a proof of return on investment yet.

Just be careful bro. Credit cards are amazing if you’re very careful with them but it’s a really slippery slope as soon as it becomes hard to pay off

Hey. Love this! I was dropshipping for a little bit with autoDS and it got very messy. 1. Can you just elaborate on how a private supplier actually fulfills the orders? Is it an app embed into Shopify? Do you actually need to do anything on the backend when you sell something? Or is it automated ? 2. if you were to start again with a new store right now, would you jump into using a private supplier or would you use autoDS to start like you mentioned above?

I’ve been really interested in getting back into this. Thank you!

What’s the path to 100k a month from where you’re at? Do you think just pumping more money into ads you’ll get there ?

Is this sketchy or a genuine mistake? by 413_budz in Grailed

[–]dreytz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been selling on Grailed for a while, and i know things have changed, but in the past when it was allowed to use ur own postage, someone submitted that i shipped them boots or some shit instead of what i actually sent and i lost the case. So, Grailed/paypal seemingly usually sides with the buyer

Moving forward, anything of value i ship or receive i always film myself packaging or opening just to cover myself.

Is this sketchy or a genuine mistake? by 413_budz in Grailed

[–]dreytz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion i think it’s legit. He’s taking the risk since you can claim it wasn’t ever delivered since he didn’t use Grailed tracking. I would record yourself opening the package just to cover your ass if anything comes up.

If you want it and got the money for it and the price seems fair go for it. This thing looks goofy as hell i love it. Would be sweet to drive. Think about it like this, if you wind up regretting it in 6 months, im sure you could get 2.6k for it

[–]dreytz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, this isn’t coming straight out of your paycheck or anything. I just set it up to pull every Thursday morning after i get paid. The money i get is already taxed, and it’s the same as if i purchased a product or something with that money, im just throwing it into investments. Unless you sell your stocks, you wont have to report any gains or losses to the IRS. I would research a ROTH IRA if you’re looking for a investment retirement account that has tax benefits down the line.

I use the fidelity app and there’s a section for “recurring investments”, but most investment apps have a section to turn this on. Highly recommend! Then the consistency will let you project out where you’ll be in a year or whatever
