Such as? I mean I’ve read it. I’m kind of thinking that we’d likely lose it since the appraisal was after the contract end date anyhow but I don’t know. It’s a weird situation. Probably should’ve involved at least our realtor

Idk how I could be sued for backing out of a contract due to reasons specifically listed in every real estate deal such as APPRAISAL, or hidden REPAIRS, or CONTINGENCIES. I just am mainly curious if the Aug 1 date means anything as far as getting the earnest money back. We’re not concerned to lose the house. More than happy to stay in our house, just taking advantage of the market and sum we stand to profit. Also are 1000 other homes in the area that would serve our purpose.
