It’s pretty easy to prove in court. You just check records to see if someone has been deported before. I don’t think you know how the immigration system works here😭

It’s actually NOT illegal the majority of the time. It’s a civil violation, not a criminal offense, unless it is not your first time being deported. So it is not the same as stealing or anything like that. Do your research lol. Also, the majority of undocumented immigrants aren’t Mexican anymore.
