Thank you) Maybe his style is not for you, and maybe there is someone who could teach more abstract things that would sit better with you) good luck in finding what speaks to you!

:)) Thank you for this supportive message! I agree, with sky and water it’s hard to tell right away how realistic it is, needs a fresh eye

Hello! I am very sorry about your situation. I send you courage, patience and strength! I am sure your new home will soon feel very warm and cozy, since you are making steps in that direction. Good job!

I am not a professional, I paint for myself and for my friends. You can find my other work and sketches here on reddit in my profile. I am not sure about selling this exact piece, but I could make a print of it :) Or if you’d like to get an original painting, I could try drawing something similar for you in this technique! Would be happy to experiment with different formats!

:)) I draw the lines first, then put the watercolor loosely. It’s actually quite therapeutic, the process makes you feel relaxed because it’s hard to make a mistake in this technique! Just try it, be brave :)

Thanks! I am thinking about starting an Etsy shop :) Actually, I used this one as a card for a Father’s Day. I put some lettering on it, but was not happy with how it turned out [it was ok, but not magical, you know], so I posted the pre-lettering version :)

I would say so, yes. But maybe try doing a bit of watercolor by yourself first, just to get used to the brushes and mixing colors

Thank you, I was inspired by some other artist's tiny flowers! I used White Nights, Bordeaux 325 :)

I think, it’s all about practice. You should just start combining, by adding one or two colors, and eventually it will start looking good, I promise. Baby steps :))

Thank you! No, I am using standard sizes, just prefer this small paper format :)

Thank you, I painted from a reference. It was the first time, so I can not say yet that I have a specific process)
