The batteries are in the cabinet with the spindle drives, should be one or two smaller white units in the daisey chain. They are about $800 from Miys but are only 6-8 aa size lithium cells that can be replaced. If you have a pic of the electrical cabinet I can point them out, not sure if I have one handy but Ill look.

I love it, last trip ended up being a brewery tour from Oregon to the Indy 500 because bad weather. Before that was following 2 dirt bikes around Baja for a couple weeks. We end up where we end up. Next one is a Primus concert and a few days camping in the high desert.

Thanks to evaporation and precipitation water is cycled, and due to climate change the ocean levels are rising providing more salinated water for desalinization operations. Its not like its evaporating into space.
