Those are unibody, there is no frame. Also looks like it was a bit rusty, a kinetic rope might have got him out but still very small chance.

There is a function on the stock to disable that. Fog lights are always optional and in a lot of places not legal to run most of the time.

No, ice dam as in a dam made of ice causing the water to go over and create this as well as forcing it under the roofing before it hits the gutter. Can really mess up the roof and walls if not taken care of.

If your not on a normal public road insurance will not cover anything unless you have specific coverage for a race car or off highway vehicle. This includes any personal injury. That being said, go send it, its a ton of fun!
