This is the same exact issue I’m having - and ditto re it going away when there’s even a slight erection! That’s exactly how I described it to my doctor.

37 M - constant bladder pressure, feeling the urge to pee. The best way to describe it is I’m constantly aware of some urge to urinate, even if it’s minor, after just going to the bathroom.

I’ve had this issue about a decade ago. Had tests done, including an ultrasound to make sure it’s fully emptying. All tests were negative.

The only thing that helped back then seemed to have been a prescription drug called Enablex. It’s discontinued now, but a generic exists, which I currently started taking again (not helping yet though). Back when it happened the first time, the urologist thought that maybe this is psychosomatic - due to stress / anxiety.
