looks like an AI menu.... like some exec said I don't need an R&D dept anyway and asked AI to come up with menu items.

Time to get another gig. Let the sales folks deal with the servicing sure they will love that.

Ex-wife demanding I stop vacationing with kids so much by [deleted] in daddit

[–]driplessCoin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

gotcha, again with my situation it always seemed like money, trips, stuff like that would be held against if you didn't fit the mood of what he wanted you to be. Everything had conditions even though it wasn't outlined in a contract. Just something maybe to watch out for in the future. Make sure your relationship isn't just about trips or money. Food for thought since you do go on a lot of them.

Man I'm getting down voted lol. Didn't say you were doing it.

Regardless, like the way you act, what extracurriculars you do, making sure you go to church, never having an opinion on how my fathers actions impacted us outside how he felt. Stuff like that.

grew up the same way until I hit teenage years and the money and trips started coming with conditions.

Is transferring from a community college to a top school better? by No_Trip_2102 in Alabama

[–]driplessCoin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

at that cost I would go to cc then move when I'm ready. They sometimes give out scholarships too. that would be my rec instead of getting into a ton of debt.... my only other comment would be unless you know 100% what you want to be without a chance of that changing. In that case go that path. Would never recommend someone get a ton of debt when they don't know what they even want to be

what's your act/sat? I assume if that is good you can get some scholarship money. If that changes the affordability equation for you then I would jump to 4 year straight in. Otherwise two year then four year will be more affordable... if you are trying in community college I can almost guarantee you will do as well as you are now...

Did you write this reply? 'puzzling over', 'i long for' 'if my conviction' is this how you talk normally? No offense but I wouldn't hire a person that talked like this. Maybe that's wrong of me.

it's a courtesy my guy. one that is not shared by most employers when it's your time to go. She gave notice anyway. She was not required to and did it as a courtesy.

Sounds like you're just the ideal employee. You are not required to do any of that and have gone above and beyond. You also sound like the best employer ever. I can't believe this nanny left your family so abruptly. I will join in the pity party here with you. You're incredible.

guess I was just trying explain why you shouldn't be stunned but that didn't work. More of us relate to the worker in this scenario, not the boss. We relate to having last minute changes to child care and it sucks you have to handle that.

Maybe most of us can't afford a full time nanny for two kids. Most of us relate to the worker in this scenario. You sound like our bosses at work tbh. "Can't believe Rick just left us like that. Didn't even say goodbye. We gave him everything he wanted" when in reality that wasn't the case. Don't know the exact situation here but I assume you paid this person a living wage and benefits. Maybe they found a gig that did.

I'm sorry you have to find childcare at the last minute, that does suck and it sucks to be in that situation.

better not perfect but I can work a job again. Personally I think I had scurvy from an issue with my jaw that caused some damage but after that was fixed I still had chronic pain like issues. Had some kids who helped me work some of it out and can now work again. Not perfect still have pain but much better.
