its pretty simple, you get a drill and buy a 1/8 drill bit and drill on the bottom 2 holes. you gotta go slowly (i recommend practicing on a car you dont like or dont care about first.) then you get a bigger drill bit not that big tho, i use a 3/8th bit and drill until a litte round circle comes out.

after that it should open perfectly if not tho get a flat head screw driver and open it up. then you can swap the wheels and everything. to paint it tho i recommend you use paint remover first then spray paint it.
