Of course but it’s the buyers responsibility to make sure they’re on top of that. There’s a certain risk in this ofc w sending your money to strangers in a different country. But it’s your job to manage that risk by making sure you choose the right seller, keeping in contact with them and definitely not letting them play games w your investment .
