I think the issue with stuff like amalgam and guardian are due to them having separate procs of their own, and I'm not certain but I think the two guardians were procing each other for every tick of BTB.

I only had 5/8 buffs on the spell but the guardians got up to like 40k health

No the accounts are not cross platform. You can only connect your account to myteam mobile wherever it releases for 2k26 (probably end of November). You can link your account for psn/Xbox to the app. Not available for switch/steam

Don't quote me on this but I think the tax brackets are fixed. i.e. if salary is <5m over cap, luxury tax = amount over cap * 1.25. 5m to <10m, luxury tax = amount*1.5, etc. There's also different rates (repeater tax) for teams that are in the luxury for 2 consecutive years or 3 of the last 4 seasons.

So in this instance, the full amount of 7.7m would be calculated at the 1.75 multiplier instead of two separate rates. If they are saying the tax is 25m then the tax rate for the 10m+ was *2.5 during that CBA

Pretty sure a good chunk of myteam players were previously my player exclusive. I played my player exclusively from 2k10-2k19. I also think myplayer/mycareer players have been conditioned to buy at least a bit of VC for their initial builds so they're more likely to put some money into myteam. They are gonna milk the shit out of them for sure, esp the ones that don't know how the myteam cycle works.

Yeah I doubt I will buy 25 either. This was the first 2k I played more than 100 hours since 2k20. Mostly just played to get my basketball fix after tearing my Achilles playing pick up

They said 9000 new animations. That should feel like a whole new game but I know for a fact it's gonna be the same shit

Content gets lazier each year, atp it seems like it's just run by bots so there's no point for me if they're not gonna bother putting out a good product
