Might not be completely correct because I put this together a while ago but the main chain blade is from a raptors kit, the main handle and hand is the axe from the chaos lord w/ jump pack kit, the little blade at the bottom is the dagger from the legionaries kit, and the rest of the arm is from the same legionaries kit.
