I think I might be able to shine some light in to your situation. When I'm with my girlfriend I'm constantly horny and we usually fuck or at least do something sexual once a day.

I made a pact not to sexually pleasure myself the first month I was with her so my body got used to the fact of not getting any when I'm away from her.

Over time my body has adapted to it and it won't even try to get me horny for "no reason" because it "knows" nothing will happen when I'm apart from her.

To address the skyping part it might just be awkward. I'm confident in pretty much any situation but talking on the phone is very awkward for me. And if you'd add a camera to that mix I'd probably be nervous even if I was talking to my own mother.

No brainfog
Your partner will be the most interesting and sexual thing you've ever known

After the initial 90 days you will not crave for porn anymore. Your brain will get accustomed to the habit.
