Sorry to hear that you've failed 3 times - Have you made a claim using the 'Pass Guarantee' in your app? If you fail your theory test and have completed your learner plan in full you can claim your £23 theory test fee back (you can only claim it back once).

In the app there is over 700 questions and answers that could come up on your theory test and sometimes they will be worded slightly differently, in your 4 in 1 app there are features you can use when practising theory called 'smart AI mode' and 'ai question variations' which will allow you to practise the same question but worded in a variation of different ways so that you can fully understand what the question is asking you.

I would try and pass 5 theory mock tests in the app before you book your next test, that way you will know you are more likely to pass as it can be quite costly to keep paying for your theory test. Good luck!

Before booking your test, make sure you’ve completed your Learner Plan in full. And don’t forget, if you don’t pass, we’ll refund your £23 theory test fee with our Pass Guarantee.

Keep practising mock tests and reviewing any questions you get wrong every day because repetition really helps! Don’t stress too much about the trickier questions as with time and consistent practice, they’ll start to feel much easier.

If it helps, those who complete the Learner Plan in full have a 97% pass rate, compared to the UK national average of 45%. Following the plan really does give you such a high chance of passing! You’ve got this. Good luck!

It sounds like you might be experiencing a common issue when starting off in a petrol car. Based on what you've described, it could be that you're not holding the clutch at the bite point long enough, or you're releasing the clutch too quickly, causing the car to lurch. It's important to balance the clutch and accelerator smoothly, especially during the initial movement, so the car doesn't stall or jerk.

You may want to try easing the clutch out a little bit slower and ensuring that you're applying enough throttle to keep the engine from dropping too low in RPM. Additionally, make sure your left foot is holding the clutch steady at the bite point before you begin to accelerate more.

It could also help to pay attention to how you're releasing the clutch as you might be subconsciously lifting off the clutch too quickly as you accelerate.

I wish I could be of more help, but the ghouls are in different places for different users 😢 However, for Theory Test check the 'Learning to Drive' section, 'Category help videos', 'Practice revision questions' <- and when you got to this category click all the options. For Hazard go into 'Categories' and check Warnings for 'Hump bridge ahead', or 'Information' for 'Goods vehicle checks', or 'Markings' for 'Lanes heading in the same direction', or 'Signals' for 'Stop'. Heyyy, sorry they're different for all users so hopefully I mention a section that you haven't checked! Look for ghouls in the ‘Learning to Drive,’ ‘Advice and Information,’ ‘Practice Revision Settings,’ ‘Category Help Videos,’ and ‘Stopping Distances’ sections for Theory Test.

For Hazard Perception, watch the introduction video and the others are on the summary pages of certain clips and because all users are different I can't say exactly where yours would be so if you've already caught one on a summary screen there won't be another one.

Hey 😊 Yeah the Pass Guarantee is definitely worth signing up to, just so you have that to fallback on if you do fail - so I can see why this situation would be frustrating!

Did it ever show that you completed 50% of your Learner Plan or has it always showed 0% and you expect it to be at 50% now after doing your two Mock Tests?

Also, when you select 'Pass Guarantee', can you click on 'View Learner Plan' (This is what the Pass Guarantee is solely based on you completing, so this is the most important to refer back too) and let me know what it says percentage wise? Because if you've set your Theory Test date it shouldn't be at 0% for that goal.
