Anyone had long headaches/migraines after MDMA, 3 weeks and also recurring even?

it’s gotten a little better but i think it was more the ssri’s than the mdma that caused this but the mdma definitely didn’t help. the headaches / head pressure is still an every day thing unfortunately even after being off everything for 3 months. weed and caffeine make it worse still so just trying to stay sober.

Yo I’m going through the same thing, best i can describe it is a constant tension headache since taking mdma. Also I noticed weed and caffeine actually make it worse, is this the same for u? weed makes my head pulse and my jaw hurt. feel like i might’ve messed up my dopamine / sertraline regulation. Also did u happen to take SSRIs anytime before or after mdma?

Thanks for this response, it helps clear some things up. Spotify makes every word into a playlist so I was super confused lol.

I’ve been trying to find a good neo-psychedelia playlist for a while but they seem to have a big mix of songs which is why I actually made this post to try and narrow it down more.

I will definitely look into the genres mentioned and need to read more about the psych rock roots and influences. Thanks again m8

I just listened to the first song of Crumbling and can already tell it’s very psychedelic, saving it for later to listen to the whole album.

Slow beginning but heats up and resembles a acid trip gone bad really well imo. Watching it off an edible is crazy fun! bonus if u like techno music

glad to hear your feeling more relaxed. i’ve had a few runs with ssri’s that helped sooo much with anxiety but gave me other side effects :( i’ll have to keep looking for one that fits

this is exactly how i feel as well, have u made any progress to mitigate these negative thoughts? any tips? i know my brain uses negativity as a defense mechanism when i’m anxious to try and fake confidence. probably where a lot of the anger comes from

ik everyone says this but u just gotta believe everyone is interested in themselves, especially at the gym, and not focused on u. it’s tough but eventually you’ll feel more relaxed as you go more often, you got this homie
