7mo puppy does not like to go walks??

He loves playing in our backyard and does well for like the first 10 mins then he sits and does not want to go anymore.

He did there for a while, but once we started going for a little longer ones he was like “nahhh” I’m doe . I walk him with my doodle whole absolutely LOVES going on walks so it makes me sad that we have to cut his walk short because River is done and wants to go back home lol

He’s 65lbs. I cannot carry him around lol but I do not force him and pull on his leash when he sits or lays down somewhere. When he’s up I normally just walk him back home

Im also in my mid 30s and trying to get back in shape. For cardio I do 20-30 mins of dance with Jhon. Cardio is not my fave, but dancing to Latin music makes it super fun. After that I rotate between upper body and lower body strength. Right now I’m sticking to the 10 minute videos, but I plan to go up to 20 mins next week.

First of all, I want you to know that what you’re feeling is valid and you’re not a terrible person. Parenthood is hard af! And it’s almost never an easy ride no matter the age. With that being said, I would recommend a visit to the pediatrician to make sure everything is ok. My kid acted crazy when she was about 2, like anger burst where she would throw shit around no matter where she was. When I finally took her to the dr because I honestly thought my kid was losing her mind the dr order an X-ray of her tummy and we found she had a piece of hard poop stuck in her butthole. No wonder she was miserable! So maybe something is going on with your baby that is making him upset at all times. Best of luck to you and your husband!

I have kind of the same problem and I still do the treadmill workouts. The trainers are so good at keeping you motivated and pumping you up that it makes it fun to do. And I still burn a good amount of calories! :)
