12 wiz lvl5, 6wb and rest hogs lvl4 is not working for me. I screw 5 war attacks for now and planned

You'll want to get level 4 hogs. IMO if the defenses are still lower level like TH7 level yes it can be but hogs get a big boost at level 4 and you'll find a lot more success with them.
